Distant project is an Argentinean electronic pop-rock band that emerged in 2002, this project´s particularity resides in the fact that its members live in two different countries. Distant Project is formed by: Fab Soutus, Wal Yunker and Nak Sorenson. Fab lives in the United States while Wal Yunker and Nak Sorenson are currently living in Argentina.

The band started working using the Internet for the exchange of projects and models, but the complete post-production is always finished in the United States.

At the first moment, the band only released their music through their website, where some singles could be downloaded free of charge. But in 2004 Whitesunmusic began to produce their music in cd format and distributed it via the web, within the major online music stores. And then in 2005 came the first Distant Project´s cd, called "Venus" and in 2007 his second work, "Primitive", both recorded in a totally unprecedented bases in Argentina, with melodies and vocals, bass and arrangements produced in the USA, to finally be mastered in the studios of the production company in Phoenix.

In August 2010, Nak Sorenson joined the band.

He is responsible primarily of guitars and composing songs for the recently released album "ExtraOrdinarY" .
The band has been playing several live show mostly in Argentina for the last two years. In May 2012 distant project open for De/Vision's show in Buenos Aires.

At the moment the band is looking for a manager and/or marketing
producer to help expose distant project's music to more people while working on new material, shows and video production.
